    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
    1 jalapeno, seeds removed and finely chopped
    1 clove(s) garlic, minced
    ¼ c. red onion, finely chopped
    2 tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped
    2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
    Hy-Vee salt, to taste
    Hy-Vee ground black pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Coarsely chop shrimp and place in a medium bowl. Mix in tomatoes, avocado, jalapeno, garlic, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper; garnish as desired and serve immediately.
