    Quite possibly the best of use of the scoop-shaped chips—it's sour cream and avocado topped with barbecue shrimp.

    1 c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    Juice of 2 limes
    16 Tostitos Scoops
    1 avocado, peeled, pitted, quartered and sliced
    Fresh cilantro, as needed
    16 (21 to 30 ct) shrimp, cooked and peeled
    3 tbsp. Weber Kansas City BBQ rub

    Directions

    1. Combine sour cream and lime juice. Spread on each Tostito; top with avocado slices and cilantro.
    2. Toss together shrimp and rub and place a shrimp on top of each Tostito.
