- 12 craft sticks

Directions
Pour mixture into 12 (3-oz.) pop molds. Cover with lid. Insert craft sticks. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
To unmold the paletas, line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. Dip the molds into cool water until paletas loosen from molds. Gently remove frozen pops from molds and transfer to prepared baking sheet. Freeze at least 10 minutes, or lightly cover with plastic wrap and store in freezer until ready to serve.
To serve, spread marshmallow crème on top halves of paletas, if desired. Toast with kitchen torch; sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, if desired. Serve immediately.
