    1 (5.25 oz) pkg Hy-Vee au gratin potatoes with cheese sauce mix
    1 (10.5 oz) can chicken broth
    3 c. water
    ⅔ c. diced carrots
    ⅔ c. diced celery
    ½ c. light cream
    chopped parsley, optional

    Directions

    1. Mix potatoes slices, cheese sauce mix, chicken broth, water, carrots and celery in large saucepan.
    2. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
    3. Remove from heat; stir in cream. Garnish with parsley if desired.
