1 | (10.5 oz) can chicken broth | |
3 c. | water | |
⅔ c. | diced carrots | |
⅔ c. | diced celery | |
½ c. | light cream | |
chopped parsley, optional |
Directions
- Mix potatoes slices, cheese sauce mix, chicken broth, water, carrots and celery in large saucepan.
- Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat; stir in cream. Garnish with parsley if desired.
