    1 lbs. cooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 (10 oz) bag Hy-Vee chopped romaine
    4 green onions, thinly sliced on the bias
    1 ½ c. coarsely chopped snow peas
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce
    2 tbsp. rice vinegar
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    1 tbsp. sesame oil
    cayenne pepper
    Hy-Vee garlic powder

    Directions

    1. Toss together shrimp, chopped romaine, green onions and snow peas in a large bowl.
    2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
    3. Drizzle salad with vinaigrette and gently toss just before serving.
