    1 tbsp. reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee pineapple juice
    ½ lbs. medium cooked shrimp, tails removed
    ½ c. chopped snow peas
    2 tbsp. chopped Hy-Vee salted peanuts
    ¼ c. diced green onion
    8 lettuce leaves

    Directions

    1. Stir together all ingredients except lettuce leaves.
    2. To serve, fill lettuce leaves with 1/4-cup shrimp mixture; roll up.
