1 packet(s) Durkee Grill Creations Asian marinade mix
    2 tbsp. water
    2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    ¼ c. sesame oil
    ¼ c. rice wine vinegar
1 (10 oz) pkg Asian salad mix
1 (14 oz) can mixed Chinese vegetables, drained
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. (2 oz) chow mein noodles

    Directions

    1. Remove 2 tablespoons seasoning from the marinade mix for dressing; set aside.
    2. Combine remaining marinade mix, water and vegetable oil in marinade bag; blend well. Add chicken, turning to coat. Close bag tightly with nylon tie; marinate 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
    3. Combine sesame oil, vinegar and the reserved 2 tablespoons marinade mix in a small bowl.
    4. Remove chicken from bag; discard remaining marinade and bag.
    5. Cut chicken breast into 1/4-inch-wide strips. Stir-fry chicken over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
    6. Place salad mix on a platter. Top with chicken, vegetables, oranges, dressing and chow mein noodles.
