Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Unroll dough pizza dough. Shape into a thick 12x7-inch rectangle and place on a large greased baking sheet. Spread with pizza sauce and top with fresh mozzarella cheese and sliced tomatoes. Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

|½ c. Sartori shredded Parmesan or Asiago cheese|

Remove pizza from oven and top with arugula and red onion. Sprinkle with Sartori Shredded Parmesan or Asiago cheese. Serve immediately.
