    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Place 1/3 cup of shredded cheese on prepared pan, spreading out in an even layer. Repeat to make two more cheese rounds, placing rounds 2-inches apart.

    2. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Remove cheese crisps from baking pan and cool on a wire cooling rack.
