Wipe 10 large white mushrooms clean. Remove stems. Place, stem sides up, on prepared baking pan. Fill mushrooms with 1 teaspoon artichoke dip.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove pan from oven. Preheat broiler on HIGH. If desired, sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on mushrooms. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
