Servings and Ingredients
|1 c.||Hy-Vee mayonnaise|
|1||(14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained|
|1 tbsp.||freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|1 tbsp.||Hy-Vee Dijon mustard|
|1||small clove garlic|
|½ tsp.||Hy-Vee Italian seasoning|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste|
|Assorted dippers, such as crackers or fresh vegetables|
- Place mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and Italian seasoning a food processor. Pulse to blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with assorted dippers.
