1 medium Granny Smith apple, cored, peeled and diced
½ c. Hy-Vee 100% orange juice
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey, plus additional for garnish
5 to 6 ice cubes
Hy-Vee sliced almonds, for garnish
Fresh mint, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine yogurt, apple, orange juice, honey and ice cubes in a blender or food processor.

  2. Cover and process until smooth.

  3. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Garnish with sliced almonds and fresh mint and drizzle with additional honey, if desired.
