⅓ c. gorgonzola crumbles
¼ c. Hy-Vee English walnut pieces, toasted*
½ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries
⅔ c. light balsamic vinaigrette

    1. In a large bowl, combine Italian salad blend, apples, gorgonzola, walnuts and cranberries. 

    2. Add vinaigrette, toss gently to coat.

    3. *To toast walnuts, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange walnuts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, checking frequently.
