    1 ½ c.Hy-Vee 2% milk
    2Hy-Vee large eggs
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee canola oil
    2 c.Hy-Vee old fashioned pancake and waffle mix
    dash(es)Hy-Vee cinnamon
    1 c.finely chopped apple
    ½ c.Hy-Vee walnut pieces

    Directions

    1. Combine milk, eggs and oil. Whisk in pancake mix and cinnamon. Fold in apple and walnuts.
    2. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges begin to look dry. Turn only once.
