2 oz. apple juice
3 whole cinnamon sticks

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in saucepan; heat to boiling.
  2. Reduce heat; simmer until apples are soft.
  3. Remove from heat; remove cinnamon sticks. Let cool.
  4. Place in blender or food processor; process until smooth.
