Apple Pie Snack Crackers

|24||Hy-Vee reduced-fat snack crackers|
|2 oz.||Hy-Vee light cream cheese, softened|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee finely shredded cheddar cheese|
|12||thin Michigan apple slices, cut in half|
|¼ tsp.||apple pie spice|
- Lay crackers in a single layer on a serving tray.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir together until well blended. Spread 1 teaspoon on top of each cracker.
- Top each cracker with an apple piece. Sprinkle with apple pie spice.
- Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately.
