    ½ c. Hy-Vee apple butter
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee 100% apple juice
    1 tbsp. fresh jalapeno, finely chopped
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee sriracha hot sauce, plus additional for garnish
    6 chicken drumsticks
    Fresh cilantro, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Stir together apple butter, juice, jalapenos and sriracha in a large bowl. Add drumsticks and stir to coat. Let drumsticks marinate at least 30 minutes before baking.
    2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    3. Line a baking sheet with foil, coat evenly with Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray. Place drumsticks on baking sheet skin side up; bake 30 minutes. Flip drumsticks and bake an additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.

    4. To serve, garnish with cilantro and additional sriracha, if desired.
