    Servings and Ingredients

    Ingredients
    Serves 12
    QuantityIngredientAdd
3 (7.5 oz each) tubes Hy-Vee buttermilk biscuits
    ½ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ½ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee flour
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    ½ c. plus 1 tbsp Hy-Vee butter, divided
1 ½ c. peeled, finely chopped Gala apples, divided
1 ½ c. peeled, finely chopped Braeburn apples, divided
    ½ c. Hy-Vee apple jelly

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a floured surface, press biscuit dough into a 22-by-14-inch rectangle.
    2. In a medium bowl, stir together sugars, flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1/2 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle mixture over dough.
    3. Top sugar mixture with 1 cup Gala apples and 1 cup Braeburn apples.
    4. Roll the dough from long side, jelly-roll style. Pinch to seal edge.
    5. Cut dough, crosswise, into 12 rolls and place cut-side-down into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
    6. In a small saucepan, combine remaining butter, apples and apple jelly. Cook over medium heat until butter is melted and jelly is runny. Spoon over rolls.
    7. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
