| 3 ½ c. Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows | ||
| 2 tbsp. cinnamon candies | ||
| 7 c. Hy-Vee Apple Dapples cereal |
Directions
- Butter a 13-by-9-inch baking pan. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and cinnamon candies, stirring constantly until marshmallows are melted. Cinnamon candies will not completely melt. Remove from heat. Quickly add cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Press into prepared pan with back of buttered spoon. Cool. Cut into squares.
- Microwave Directions:* Butter a 13-by-9-inch baking pan. Set aside. Melt butter, marshmallows and cinnamon candies in large microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring every minute. Cinnamon candies will not completely melt. Quickly add cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Press into prepared pan with back of buttered spoon. Cool. Cut into squares.
