1 (12 oz) pkg Hy-Vee bow-tie pasta | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee Italian dressing | ||
2 c. chopped fresh tomato | ||
¾ c. sliced pepperoncini or hot pepper rings, drained | ||
¼ lbs. salami, cut into 3/4-inch chunks | ||
¼ lbs. ham, cut into 3/4-inch chunks | ||
¼ lbs. Provolone cheese, cut into 3/4-inch chunks | ||
1 small red onion, sliced | ||
salt and black pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Rinse with cold water to cool quickly. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, toss cooled pasta with dressing, tomato, pepperoncini, salami, ham, cheese and onion.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate.
