    1 fresh lemon peels, about 1-inch long
    2 oz. St. Germain liqueur
    1 sprig(s) fresh rosemary, cut in half and divided
    2 oz. Brut Champagne

    Directions

    1. Twist lemon peel over a cocktail shaker filled with ice to release fragrance and oils. Add peel, St. Germain, and ½ rosemary sprig to cocktail shaker. Shake thoroughly to chill.
