1 c. Hy-Vee light salad dressing | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee lemon yogurt | ||
2 (10 oz each) cans Hy-Vee breast of chicken | ||
1 c. halved green grapes | ||
1 c. cauliflower, cut in bite-sized pieces | ||
2 (2 oz each) pkg Hy-Vee slivered almonds, toasted | ||
1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee bagged romaine lettuce | ||
water crackers, for serving |
Directions
- Blend salad dressing and lemon yogurt in a large bowl.
- Add chicken, grapes, cauliflower and almonds. Mix lightly, coating chicken.
- Refrigerate if not serving immediately.
- At serving time, place chicken salad on top of romaine lettuce leaves.
- Serve with Hy-Vee Grand Selections water crackers.
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
