    ½ c.Organic Valley butter
    ¼ c.corn syrup
    1 c.packed brown sugar
    ½ tsp.salt
    ½ tsp.almond extract
    ¼ tsp.baking soda
    12 c.popped Full Circle natural popcorn
    1 oz.sliced almonds

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in corn syrup, brown sugar and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    2. Boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat; stir in extract and baking soda.
    3. Pour mixture over popcorn and almonds. Stir to coat. Pour onto a greased baking sheet with sides. Bake 40 minutes; stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool.
