    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 (10.75 oz) can light chicken gumbo soup
    ⅓ c. firmly packed Hy-Vee light brown sugar
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee ketchup
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee prepared mustard
    8 Hy-Vee whole wheat hamburger buns, split and toasted

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain and place in a slow cooker.
    2. Stir in soup, brown sugar, ketchup and mustard.
    3. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 hours.
    4. Serve on buns.
