    If you like pina coladas... this recipe is for you! These red, white, and blue rum-infused pops are refreshing on a hot summer day.

    ½ c.nonalcoholic pina colada mix
    4 tsp.Cross Keys rum
    2 tsp.blue curacao
    1 tbsp.maraschino cherry juice

    • 4 3-oz. pop molds

    Directions

    1. Base: Create base by mixing water and pina colada mix together in a medium bowl. Place 1/2 cup mixture into a small bowl. Add 4 teaspoons Cross Keys rum into remaining pina colada mixture. Cover and refrigerate. 

    2. Blue Layer: Add 2 teaspoons blue curacao into reserved 1/2 cup pina colada mixture. Stir until completely combined. Place 2 tablespoons of mix into each 3-oz. pop mold. Freeze for one hour, or until completely set.

    3. White Layer: Remove pina colada mixture from refrigerator. Place 2 tablespoons of pina colada mixture into each mold over the frozen blue layer. Insert a wooden craft stick into the center of each mold. Freeze for one hour, or until completely set. Refrigerate remaining pina colada mixture. 

    4. Red Layer: Mix in 1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice into remaining pina colada base. Place 2 tablespoons of cherry pina colada mixture into each mold over the frozen white layer. Freeze for at least 1 hour or overnight until completely frozen. Discard any remaining pina colada mixture.
