Directions
Drain bourbon from cherries, reserving for another use, if desired. Pat cherries dry with paper towels. Line a large baking sheet with wax paper; set aside.
Melt almond bark according to package directions. Dip 2/3 of the cherry in almond bark allowing excess to drip off of cherry. Immediately dip bottom 1/3 of cherry in blue coarse sanding sugar. Place on prepared sheet pan until chocolate has set. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours before serving.
