|4 (5-oz. each) 85%-lean ground chuck patties|
|4 Hy-Vee whole-wheat buns|
|Large lettuce leaves, for topping|
|Hy-Vee American cheese slices, for topping|
|1 tomato, sliced, for topping|
|Hy-Vee dill pickle relish, for topping|
|White onion slices, for topping|

Things To Grab
- Charcoal or gas grill
- Meat thermometer
- Lightly grease grill rack. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat.
- Grill patties for 10 to 12 minutes or until internal temperature of patties are 160 degrees, turning once halfway through.
- To assemble burgers, top bottom buns with lettuce leaves, grilled patty, cheese slices, tomato slices, onion slice, relish, ketchup, mustard and top bun.
