    1 avocado, peeled and diced
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    ⅔ c. Hy-Vee frozen mango chunks, coarsely chopped
    2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    ¼ tsp. salt

    Directions

    1. While salmon is roasted, combine avocado, tomatoes, mango, lime juice, cilantro and salt. Divide salsa mixture among cooked salmon fillets.
