4 piece(s) Gustare Vita sundried tomatoes, drained and chopped
6 slice(s) Belgioioso pre-sliced mozzarella log
2 tbsp. red pepper and artichoke bruschetta, or homemade bruschetta
Fresh basil, chopped, for garnish
Gustare Vita balsamic glaze, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees according to manufacturer's instructions. Spread split ciabatta halves with pesto and sprinkle evenly with chopped sundried tomatoes. Top each half of ciabatta with 3 slices fresh mozzarella cheese.

  2. Air-fry 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and is light golden brown. Top ciabatta with bruschetta mixture. Air-fry 1 to 2 minutes more or until heated through. Remove from air fryer.

  3. Serve open-faced topped with chopped fresh basil and drizzled with balsamic glaze, if desired.
