Lightly spray top of pork loin again with nonstick spray. Turn pork loin over; lightly spray with nonstick spray. Air-fry 4 to 5 minutes more or until lightly golden and pork reaches at least 145 degrees. Remove from air fryer and slightly cool.
To assemble sandwich, place lettuce on bun bottom. Top with cooked pork loin, desired condiments, desired toppers, and bun top.
Hyvee Culinary Expert TipTo prepare more than 1 sandwich, preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place cooked pork loins on wire rack in rimmed baking pan; keep warm in oven while air-frying remaining breaded tenderloins.
