When you’re craving something fried, yet healthy, try these tasty avocado fries. Avocados are nutritionally dense and high in healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.

- 3 small shallow bowls

Directions
Place flour in a small shallow bowl; place milk in another small shallow bowl. Stir together bread crumbs and bagel seasoning in a third bowl.
Cut avocados into 1/2-in.-thick slices. Dust avocado slices, one at a time, in the flour. Dip into milk. Repeat dipping slices in flour and milk one more time, then coat with bread crumb mixture.
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Working in batches, place coated avocado slices in a single layer in basket. Spray with cooking spray; air-fry for 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly golden. Turn slices over and spray with cooking spray. Air-fry for 3 to 5 minutes more or until crisp and golden.
To serve, garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve with tzatziki dip.
