Place a single layer of bacon-wrapped avocados in preheated air fryer basket, seam side down. Air-fry 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until bacon is crisp. Repeat as necessary to cook remaining bacon-wrapped avocados.
Meanwhile, toss together romaine, cherry tomatoes, croutons, and red onion in a large bowl. Divide romaine mixture between 4 serving plates; top each plate with air-fried bacon-wrapped avocadoes. Serve with desired dressing.
