Directions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Place pineapple rings on hot skillet and drizzle with agave nectar. Cook 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.

  3. To serve, place 2 pineapple rings in each serving bowl and top each with 1/2 cup frozen yogurt and 1 tablespoon cereal.
