|1 (14-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee 9-grain noodles|
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter|
|1 sweet onion, chopped|
|2 clove(s) garlic, minced|
|1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and diced|
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour|
|3 ¾ c. Hy-Vee skim milk|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee tomato paste|
|¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt|
|¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper|
|2 (4-oz. each) pkgs. Hy-Vee traditional crumbled feta cheese|
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese|
|⅓ c. kalamata olives, pitted and sliced|
|¼ c. fresh dill, chopped|
|¾ tsp. Hy-Vee dried oregano|

Cook noodles according to package directions; rinse and drain. Set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion, garlic and green pepper for 3 to 4 minutes. Whisk in flour; cook an additional 3 minutes. Whisk in milk, tomato paste, salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring often until thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir in cooked noodles, feta, Parmesan cheese, olives, dill and oregano. Transfer to a 9x13-inch pan.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
