3 ¾ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee tomato paste | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper | ||
2 (4-oz. each) pkgs. Hy-Vee traditional crumbled feta cheese | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese | ||
⅓ c. kalamata olives, pitted and sliced | ||
¼ c. fresh dill, chopped | ||
¾ tsp. Hy-Vee dried oregano |

Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions; rinse and drain. Set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion, garlic and green pepper for 3 to 4 minutes. Whisk in flour; cook an additional 3 minutes. Whisk in milk, tomato paste, salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring often until thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir in cooked noodles, feta, Parmesan cheese, olives, dill and oregano. Transfer to a 9x13-inch pan.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
