    1 (¼-oz.) pkg. quick-rise yeast (2¼ tsp.)
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    2 ½ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    2 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    Desired pizza sauce, for topping
    Desired Hy-Vee shredded cheese, for topping
    Desired meats, such as Hy-Vee pepperoni, cooked Hy-Vee Midwest Italian pork sausage, Hy-Vee fully cooked diced ham and/or Culinary Tours prosciutto
    Desired veggies, such as chopped bell peppers, onions, sliced olives and/or sliced mushrooms

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

    2. Stir together warm water, yeast and sugar in a large bowl. Add flour, olive oil and salt; stir until well combined.

    3. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; shape dough into a ball. Roll dough out into a 12-in. round or 13x9-in. rectangle. Transfer dough to prepared baking sheet.

    4. Top with pizza sauce, cheese, meats and/or veggies. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges of crust are golden brown.
