|2 tbsp.||Gustare Vita olive oil|
|4||Hy-Vee Bakery onion buns, split and toasted|
|½ c.||sliced red onion|
|¼ c.||fresh dill sprigs, divided|
|1||large tomato, sliced|
|1 c.||fresh arugula|
|¼ c.||green onions, sliced|
|¼ c.||chili garlic sauce|
|Lemon wedges, for serving|

Grill burgers for 6 to 8 minutes or until done (160 degrees), turning once halfway through.
To serve, line bun bottoms with red onion and dill. Add cooked salmon burger to each bun bottom. Top with tomato, arugula, green onion, and chili garlic sauce. Add bun tops. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
