    1 tsp. Hy-Vee onion powder
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee instant beef bouillon granules
    2 lbs. Di Lusso choice sliced roast beef
    6 Hy-Vee Bakery hoagie buns
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened and divided
    6 slice(s) Di Lusso Swiss cheese, halved diagonally

    Directions

    1. Preheat broiler on HIGH. Combine beef broth, onion powder, and beef bouillon granules in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil; add roast beef. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until heated through.

    2. Meanwhile, split hoagie buns; spread each bun with 1/2 tablespoon butter. Place buns, buttered sides up, on a baking sheet. Broil 5-inches from heat for 30 to 60 seconds or until toasted.

    3. To serve, remove beef from broth with a slotted spoon and place in buns. Top with halved slices of Swiss cheese. Ladle broth into small bowls for dipping.
