|3 c. That's Smart extra-wide egg noodles|
|1 lbs. lean ground beef|
|1 (8 oz) container fresh sliced mushrooms|
|1 c. Hy-Vee light sour cream|
|Freshly ground Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste|
- Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain; set aside.
- Meanwhile, brown ground beef and mushrooms in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain and return to pan.
- Stir sour cream into ground beef and mushrooms. Stir in noodles and heat through. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
