    3 c. That's Smart extra-wide egg noodles
    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 (8 oz) container fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
    Freshly ground Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain; set aside.
    2. Meanwhile, brown ground beef and mushrooms in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain and return to pan.
    3. Stir sour cream into ground beef and mushrooms. Stir in noodles and heat through. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
