1 c. frozen pepper stir-fry blend | ||
1 ½ c. frozen Hy-Vee mixed vegetables | ||
1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil or oregano | ||
Hy-Vee salt and black pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add stir-fry blend and mixed vegetables; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in prepared rice and basil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
