1 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
1 c. frozen pepper stir-fry blend
1 ½ c. frozen Hy-Vee mixed vegetables
1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil or oregano
Hy-Vee salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add stir-fry blend and mixed vegetables; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in prepared rice and basil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
