    1(8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee finely shredded Mexican cheese
    1(16-oz.) jar Hy-Vee thick and chunky medium salsa
    1 c.Hy-Vee mild guacamole
    Optional Toppings
    Hy-Vee sour cream
    Jalapenos, sliced
    Hy-Vee shredded lettuce
    Hy-Vee no salt added black beans, drained and rinsed
    Hy-Vee Short Cuts chopped tomatoes
    Hy-Vee Short Cuts chopped red onion
    Hy-Vee sliced black olives, drained
    Banana peppers, sliced

    • Oven-safe plate or baking sheet

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    2. Place chips on an oven-safe plate or baking sheet. Add a layer of rotisserie chicken and cover with cheese.

    3. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and serve with salsa and guacamole; garnish as desired.
