Q: How much does Mealtime To Go pickup cost?
Nothing! It's free to pick up Mealtime orders at any Hy-Vee store you select.
Q: How far in advance do I need to order?
You need to order at least 30 minutes in advance.
Q: What times can I pick up Mealtime To Go orders?
Mealtime To Go orders can be picked up during normal operating hours.
Q: What types of Mealtime To Go items are offered?
Hy-Vee is offering items from our Asian, Sushi, Hickory House, Italian, Heat & Serve, Breakfast & Bakery, and Family Meal Deal menus. Meals will come with a side dish included in the listed price, but you can add additional, a la carte items to your order for an additional cost. Not all items are available at all stores.
Q: When do I select my pickup store and time slot?
If you've checked out on Hy-Vee before, your previously used location will be automatically selected for you. If you've never selected a store or want to change the location, you can click the store location at the top of the page or wait and select your store location and time during checkout.
Q: How do I get my Mealtime To Go order once I arrive?
When you arrive, park in the designated pickup location. Call the number that was included in your email order confirmation and tell them your name and that you’ve arrived to pick up your Mealtime To Go order. If you cannot find the designated area, call the number included in your email order confirmation and the associate will be happy to help you.
Q: What if I miss my pickup time slot?
We understand that sometimes life happens. If you missed your reserved time slot, call the store number that was included in your email order confirmation and set up a new time to pick up your Mealtime To Go order.
Q: Can I order Mealtime To Go items with my groceries?
You can order your Mealtime To Go items at the same time as your grocery order or on its own. However, the Mealtime To Go items must be picked up by selecting a Mealtime To Go time slot and cannot be delivered or picked up with your grocery or other specialty orders at this time.
