Directions
Place crushed potato chips in a shallow dish. Place buttermilk in another shallow dish.
Dip cod portions into buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off. Coat cod with potato chips making all sides are covered. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork (145 degrees).
