Directions
Add cooked beef, broth and potatoes. Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Meanwhile, melt remaining 3 tablespoons butter in a small saucepan. Add flour; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly. Add Smooth n Cheesy and milk and stir to melt. Add to the beef mixture and heat through.
Remove from heat and add sour cream just before serving. Season with salt and pepper.
