Simple appetizers require nothing more than crackers, avocados, and pico de gallo or salsa.

8 Keebler Town House crackers
½ c. Hy-Vee pico de gallo
Red pepper flakes, optional

Directions

  1. Squeeze lime juice over avocado slices to prevent browning.
  2. Arrange crackers on a serving platter. Top each with avocado slices and pico de gallo.
  3. Sprinkle cracker bites with red pepper flakes, if desired.
