Join the Viterbo Dietetic students for a grocery store tour and learn how to purchase fruits and vegetables for everyday cooking and eating. Topics that will be addressed: selection, convenience, preparation, health and budget. Students from Viterbo will provide samples of different items. Then follow groups throughout the store educating how to shop with nutrition in mind. Each participant will receive a produce goodie bag, a Hy-Vee gift card, recipe cards and handouts for attending.
