Login Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble logging into your My Hy-Vee account, the top things to check are:

  1. Re-enter your login credentials to make sure your email address is correct and password is spelled correctly. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.
  2. Password must be at least 8 characters long using three of the following: one number, one lowercase letter, one capital letter, or one special character such as !@#$%^.
  3. Cookies are required. Check your browser settings to make sure you are accepting cookies.
  4. Some firewalls (e.g., eTrust Personal Firewall) block you from logging in. Try disabling your firewall and logging in. If this works, your firewall is causing the issue.
  5. Clear your cache. Learn how to do that for any browser
