Meet Chef Russell

At the helm of the Ron Pearson Center’s culinary program is Executive Chef Jeff Russell, whose passion for food and hospitality is evident in every detail. Chef Russell brings more than 25 years of experience to his role, including experience in gourmet cuisine from his time spent in France working alongside a French chef. Chef Russell is a graduate of the Iowa Culinary Institute at DMACC.
