Nicole Johnson, RD, LD, is originally from Epworth, Iowa, and attended Iowa State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics. After graduation, Nicole moved to St. Petersburg, Florida, where she completed an internship at a Veterans Administration hospital. Nicole moved back to Iowa in June 2007 and began working for Hy-Vee. Nicole teaches classes, provides personal shopping assistance, does one-on-one nutritional consultations, creates food experiences and provides presentations to local businesses and organizations. Nicole enjoys interacting with customers and is passionate about helping them with their nutritional needs! Nicole has been a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetic Association) since August 2005.
