Our Chophouse Meats will provide Lakeville Hy-Vee shoppers the best meat market in the area. We have Hy-Vee Chicken Grillers, Hy-Vee Prime Reserve, 28-day dried-aged beef, Lamb, and a variety of Poultry. Our dry aged beef is a traditional process using air for slow-aging of fine meats, dry aging produces a flavor that is far superior to conventionally aged meat. This results in a tenderer and juicier cut with a roasted, beefy flavor.
