Chef Luke Peters comes to Hy-Vee as a graduate of the Kirkwood Community College Hospitality program. With his study of culinary arts, restaurant management and baking, he brings a breadth of knowledge to your Edgewood Road Hy-Vee. With over 15 years of experience in a wide range of restaurants, Chef Luke has prepared a variety of foods in many different settings. He comes to Hy-Vee most recently from Zins restaurant, where he worked for five years with a focus on increasing the use of local foods and wines in the daily menus. His background includes city Ironchef competitions, working with contestants on Top Chef, and cooking modern and classical American and international cuisines.
